Knitsbyb with B- Smooth body butter  is NOT responsible for damage of products within transit.

Shipping cost will however be refunded if product is damaged during shipping process. Proof of damages will be needed via email: bianka@knitsbyb.com or txt (773)655-1738.

We have changed our packing style so this is a rare case scenario.
